Banning Policy

You will get a strike in the following cases:

• Quitting 6 matches within 24 hours.

• Quitting 10 matches within 72 hours.

• Quitting 14 matches within a week.

Each strike will result in penalties as follow:

• 1st strike: Banned for 24 hours

• 2nd strike: Banned for a week

• 3rd strike: Banned permanently

Your strikes will be cleared if you do not receive any further strikes within 30 days.

For example:

• On November 1st, you quit 6 matches, resulting in the first strike, so you are banned for 24 hours. 

• On November 15th, you get a second strike for quitting 14 matches within the previous week. At this point, you are banned for 1 week. 

• Lastly, on December 16th, you quit another 6 games within a day, resulting in your third strike. However, it has been 31 days since your previous ban, so this will count as the first strike of a new cycle, and you will only be banned for 24h

• If you had received your 3rd strike on December 15th instead, you would've been banned permanently because it was within 30 days from your last ban.
